• Be clear about why the project was undertaken and show that it solved a problem, fulfilled a need or pursued a legitimate opportunity.
• If that need or problem was identified by formal or informal research, that will go a long way towards showing measurement and success of that problem. Definitely include it.
• Clearly define your audience. Specifically state who they are, numbers of people if you have them and include any future audiences that you may pick up with this project.
• Try to show the reason you chose the medium for audience, goals and budget and how that was appropriate. Include your budget, even if it was unlimited. This is very important for scoring.
• If you have a planned approach to measuring results, include that as well. Measurement counts for five points.
• Show your effectiveness in meeting stated objectives in any way that you can. If you did not conduct a formal evaluation try to show reasonable is rationale for project’s success.

OVERALL EVALUATION
15 points
The last part of the evaluation will be the overall evaluation by the judges. They will consider the entry’s strengths and weaknesses and the project’s overall performance. This will be totally based on the opinion of the judge, but you can help sway their decision in the Work Plan. Directly address any perceived weaknesses and explain what you did to try and overcome it.
